Richy heads for the Woods

Richy Lee, drummer for Secret Shine has left the band after two and a half fine years of honourable service!
Richy joined the band in 2006 initially to play for us on our first American dates in New York, New England and Washington. Richy continued with the Shine after the tour and became an integral part of the band and a proper backbone to our sound.
Richy made a great contribution to ‘All of the Stars’ but recently started in a new job outside of Bristol, and this coupled with drumming in his main band Aspen Woods and promoting gigs in Bristol all became a big drain on his time.
We wish Richy well in the Woods and other ventures and in the meantime – we continue to work on our new (third) studio album due for release in 2009, and search for some new sticks!
